Las Cazuelitas

We've lived in Chicagoland our entire lives (the past 30+ years). You figure if you move to the city you're going to get great Mexican food but you don't think you're going to get great Mexican food moving out to the Woodstock/Crystal Lake area. WRONG. Laz Cazuelitas is some of the best Mexican food we've had in years. Picadillo, carne asada, el pastor in all their iterations (tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc.) just awesome! And the salsa verde needs to be ordered every single time, hands down. Literally one of the favorite salsas I've ever had in my life and I'm kind of a salsa snob. LOVE them! Will continue to order again and again. Actually ordering for the third time in the past 2 weeks right after I submit this review.

Overall, a really great first order from Las Cazuelltas! Our order arrived faster than expected, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and it was a pretty good value. When the order arrived, we were missing a drink, but the driver quickly returned with it and was very gracious about the error. The nachos were fantastic, beans and rice were tasty, and just about everything else was as expected. I wouldn't order the flan again, but we'll definitely be placing another order from here soon. :) Would recommend!

We are from Texas and have been craving truly good Tex-Mex. This is as close we we've come. The tacos are more in line with authentic Mexican, but everything else reminds me of some of the Tex-Mex soul food we grew up with. Great to finally find a place we can rely on to give us a little taste of home that isn't big box.

Food was warm, delicious, and came within the time frame specified. Will definitely be ordering from here again. I tried the Flautas Dinner and they were not greasy at all. They were super crunchy just the way I like them!

By far mine and my husbands favorite Mexican food in the area. We usually get food here 2-4 times a month. You must get their green sauce! I could put it on anything
